Leadership Institute Phases and Goals
Phases –each phase is approximately 2 months long.
Goals – refers to the scope of responsibility
Goal #1 – The student focuses on building a solid foundation in their personal lives and in understanding of a healthy organization.
Goal #2 – The student takes a “church ministry tour”; rotating through each major ministry of the church and also learning about the structure & systems that the church has put in place. The purpose of the phase is to expose the student to the different areas of the church. Students are often surprised by the ministry that grabs their heart, particularly after taking the Identity and Vocation class.
Goal #3 – The student takes leadership in the understanding of building and leading teams.
